Llaços (Ties) has the form and rhytm of a walk of three women. A collective walk and also a lonely one. The group feeling and friendship are the center of the piece yet individuality and loneliness that each women experiences are also important.
Throughout the walk we see different sides of these three women, and the sensing of a child, an adult, or an elderly person interwine. Among the links and complicity which grow between the women, there are memories, dreams, mistery, play, celebration and melancholy emerging. They ask themselves what they have inherited from the women that preceded them, and they show us different sides of their soul through a dance that keeps on changing.
